Shipping & Order Processing

We proudly ship via FedEx within the United States and Canada! Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and only shipped on weekdays. Please note orders can take 2-3 business days to process. If you require something urgently, please call us at +1 (970) 925-7878.

International Orders

We ship internationally! International customers are responsible for the cost of duties and taxes upon receiving the package. Due to CITES regulations, Kemo Sabe cannot ship products with exotic skins and leather outside of the United States. For international orders, you will be responsible for shipment of returns, including if it is an exchange. You will also be liable for any duties and taxes incurred upon return.

Final Sale

If an item is on final sale, it will say so in the web product description or on your in-store receipt. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on final sale items for any reason. If the item you purchased goes on sale within seven days of purchase, Kemo Sabe will honor the sale price and refund you the difference.

In Store Returns

We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase. To initiate a return purchased in store, please contact the store or sales wrangler it was purchased from. Please note, items must be returned, unworn and in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. To receive a refund, Kemo Sabe will issue the refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping your items.

To exchange an item, be sure to include your contact information, address, and a brief description of the exchange you would like to process. Your sales wrangler will contact you and assist you in getting your new item. Exchanges are free, but you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Items that have been customized for you by our Sales Wranglers, we cannot accept any returns.

Online Returns

If you purchased the wrong size or item via our website, please fill out the attached form and ship it back via FedEx to the address on the form (or below). For an exchange, we can provide a complimentary return label. Email us at websales@kemosabe.com or call us at +1 (970) 925-7878 to arrange this. Once we receive the item back within 30 days of purchase and it is in good condition we will process the return or exchange.

Please allow 10-14 business days for return processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, after the item has undergone a thorough quality control check. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to return to your payment method after processing. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

You are also welcome to bring your online return into any Kemo Sabe storefront and a sales wrangler will assist you.
